Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason (EU cooling-off period).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong item
- Change of mind
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If we provide a prepaid return label for customer convenience, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund amount unless the return is due to our mistake.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@elandrowear.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart before placing your order, as customers are responsible for return shipping costs when ordering the wrong size.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items without original tags
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Klarna payments will be adjusted directly through Klarna
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the transaction.
